A Fresh Space for better Mondays.

W Promote drives transformational growth for brands who “Think Like A Challenger” Returning to the office after the pandemic needed to meet a new challenge: Bring people back to the office that provides qualities of a quiet home office yet brings fun back into the workweek. A place that encourages creativity, discovery, rewards curiosity and most certainly celebrates success. A place where the team can “Make Mondays suck less”, a celebrated tag line in W Promote’s company culture.

The Design Concept was that of a journey in creating a series of expanding and contracting spaces, light and dark, experimental and refined; produces an environment that fosters the right setting for iterative exploration and collaboration and celebrates the moments of success. The design of the office embraces, encourages, and experiences the story of the journey from challenge to champion.

A large theatre gallery is at the heart of the space and serves multiple purposes from assemblies to relaxed small group collaboration. The high ceilings made this possible and conveniently made way for a mezzanine that houses the board room and a library..

The feeling of the journey is achieved through a nonlinear placement of cocoon-like workstations with multiple conversation group spaces sprinkled throughout a meandering path connecting departments and placing leadership at the center close to the general activities.

Blitz provided a creative approach to make the space feel whimsical, professional and practical, along with thorough construction drawings and detail oriented construction administration throughout the process.  Blitz’ attention to detail and desire to be a part of the entire process left us with an amazing finished product.  We have enjoyed working with Blitz’ team and are looking forward to many more projects with them.

"Our LA headquarters office was the first to be designed in a post-pandemic, remote-first world, so it was uncharted territory with the goals flipped on it's head: to create a beautiful, functional space that doesn't feel like an office, creates a hub for in-person interactions of all sizes and types, and a superb place to work for employees both local and traveling.

The Blitz team delivered on all fronts, and our new space is a delight to work and play in and is getting phenomenal use and feedback. It has succeeded in becoming the template for ideal offices to add human connection and build relationships in a remote-first world."
