Collaborating with Comcast since 2014, we continue to tune this space to reflect their vision of a workspace which fosters their culture of innovation. Private offices were pulled off the windows, interactive collaborative zones anchor neighborhoods, and a uniquely curated spaces provide highly functional space for the development teams.

With collaboration rooms and private offices now located around the core, individual and flexible workstations are organized along the windows, maximizing daylight for all.
Semi-private, glass-enclosed lounges break up the open office into smaller more intimate neighborhoods. Elegant graphics and art pieces adorn the walls, adding color, texture and thematic elements which celebrate their rich history. Varied materiality and rich textures define the office landscape.
